The branch manager’s role is to manage and develop a branch by constructing an effective team of originators and support staff while also advancing personal production. We’re looking for leaders with ambition to produce, talent for team building, and passion for motivating others to reach their potential. In return, we invest in our branch managers by building a foundation for their success.

As a branch manager at NRL, you are empowered to have autonomy over your business model and operational decisions. You will manage your own P&L and benefit from our “flat” sales hierarchy, reporting directly to the executive team, who we encourage to use as a resource. You will hold the reigns to your earning potential and enjoy a flexible compensation model.
