Great overall experience! Cliff especially was wonderful

Cliff was phenomenal. If I had to be completely honest, I would rate the overall experience as ok…but that’s just because of the paperwork aspect. There seemed to be an inordinate amount of detailed paperwork just for the pre-approval. I get it for the actual loan processing, but just to get the pre-approval? However, another lender had the same requirements and it’s been about 3 years since I last purchased a home and it wasn’t that much paperwork. So it’s clear that times and processes have changed, and that’s more of a reflection on me rather than Cliff or NRL. This is why I voted GREAT. Cliff had great communication and frequently kept me updated. He was very transparent. Although he was competing with another lender, I felt no pressure and he wisely let his character and product speak for itself. He is an asset to NRL and I would highly recommend him.
